1 WEEK DOWN
Well I promised to post my results and here I am.
Special K Diet. 2 lbs in 2 weeks.
Atkins week 1. 2.2 lbs.
January Total Loss 4.2 lbs.
My PFP Challenge Goal is 25 lbs. by the end of May. So I feel really good about my progress this month.
