This weekend the Youth Digg (Discipiles in God's Grace) class is going camping. The main teacher, Edna and I are taking them on a 3 day trip. There will be others from our church organization there also. This is gonna be a great time to bond and promote unity with this group. The group ages range from 6th grade to 12th grade. It has been 7 years since I have been camping and I am a little nervous about it. We have a wood shed (ie: cabin) to sleep in and I have 5 maybe 6 girls to keep me company. The boys will stay with Edna in her cabin. If this goes well, we may consider making it a yearly trip. Time will tell though. Who knows what will happen & change 365 days from now!?!?!
September 1st marks a new 4 week TT contest & September 10th is my start date for the new 12 week TT contest. So I will need to get a paper on those days to take before photos. Maybe Chad and Kris will join me in these competitions.
update: My in-between goal is a little lacking....

OMG! My horseshoe triceps are killing me!
The Anatomy of the Triceps
The Triceps Brachii has three heads which connect the humerus and scapula to the forearm bone called the ulna. These heads are known as the Lateral, Medial, and Long heads.
The Lateral head is located on the outward facing side of the humerus. This head is most responsible for the horseshoe shape of the Triceps.
The Medial head is located towards the midline of the body.
The Long head along the bottom side of the humerus and is that largest of the three heads.
The second exercise done with the arms closer to the body will really work those triceps!!! Trust me on that one!

The Total Body Ten (TBT)
Ok after 3 weeks of doing next to nothing, we are starting a bonus workout. I am honestly excited about the next Transformation Contest which starts Sept. 14th. However I can't continue being a slug! I need to move this body. Especially since I posted for the entire world to see my 'mini' in-between goal. Dang me! Why did I have a moment and post such a thing!?!?! Oh well, I am here now and starting this new work out tonight. The plan is to do TBT on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Trail bike riding will be on Tuesday and Thursday.Kris has volley ball try-outs Mon-Thu this week, so it is unclear if she will be working out this week with us. I have a feeling she will a few nights.

Next....
Now that the challenge is over this is a rest week for us. We are preparing for school and other events. We haven't decided which work out we are gonna do now. I am looking forward to burning more fat and daily becoming more fit!
